He Cares Like No one Else!
Luke 12:27-31 [27] Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. [28] If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith? [29] And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. [30] For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things. [31] But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
I’ve noticed flowers blooming, birds singing, and even had a bird build a nest in our gazebo out back. Everything has turned green and I’ve already mowed the yard a few times. I’ve even seen some bees flying around last couple days. Pandemic or not, nature has just continued it do its thing. These things aren’t worried about a pandemic. Now I’m not going to write here and tell you not to worry. That’s always easier said than done. However, hopefully these verses can serve as a reminder that God will take care of you. Yes we are in unprecedented times. Yes it is hard to know what may come next, and it can be easy to get down when our worlds have been turned upside down the way they have. Many things have changed, and some people even claim some things will never go back to the way they were. Regardless,there is still something that hasn’t changed yet, and will not change in the future. That’s the fact that God will always be there for us and take care of us! We know this because He always has in the past. I’m certain we can all look back at a time in our lives that we didn’t know how we could get through something. Maybe another time we did think we could get through because we had that trust in God, but we just didn’t know how He was going to do it. Well, here we are. He got us through those things, He cares about us just the same, so He will get us through whatever you are facing today also due to the worlds situation. Remember that no matter what you are faced with today, God still cares and loves you!!
