The devil isn’t playing, are you?
1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 2 Corinthians 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
The devil is real!! He is working everyday to deceive us. His end goal is always to see more people spend eternity with him in hell.
Revelation 20:10,14-15 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are , and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. [14] And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. [15] And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Unfortunately I fear he has deceived many into believing they are saved. Maybe you said a repeat after me prayer, or got baptized, but have you truly called upon The Lord and asked Him to come into your heart?
Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. [22] Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? [23] And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Too many think in their head, but don’t believe in their heart. Can you go back to that time when you trusted in Him? If not then I hope even today you’d trust in Jesus!
Hopefully you are truly saved and if so I’ll still pose to you the same question: Are you playing a Christian? Maybe you go to church on Sundays, but what about the rest of the week? Is the devil deceiving you into thinking that you are ok with the way you are living your life? Are you more a stumbling block or stepping stone to those around you? What are you to the devil? Are you a tool in the devils toolbelt?
Ephesians 4:27 Neither give place to the devil.
The devils not playing around!! Are you?
