Yoked With Jesus

Matthew 11:28-30

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Jesus gives the invitation to all that are heavy-laden to come to him and find rest. The yoke of Jesus is educational. He wants you to learn more about him.

His yoke is a shared yoke. You will not be alone. He said, “ I will never leave you.”

His yoke is a separating yoke. It doesn't involve anybody but the Lord.

His yoke is a satisfying yoke. It will bring you peace. The world is searching for peace and not able to find it because they're looking in all the wrong places. His yoke is a saving yoke. It will not only save your soul but will save you from a wasted life.

His yoke will do away with your self-willed life. Your life will not be about you; it will be about the Lord.

The yoke of Jesus is easy. The way of a transgressor is hard.
