What A Name

Acts 4

In Acts 4, the name of Jesus is referred to six times. The name of Jesus is a powerful name. It's the name that caused the lame man to get up and walk. It’s a name that will stir up problems. You’re allowed to do whatever you desire to do, but not in the name of Jesus.

The name of Jesus is the only name that will purchase salvation from your sin. No other name has the power to save you. The religious crowd wants to restrict the preaching in Jesus's name. The name of Jesus can fix any problem the world has. The name of Jesus will cause the devil to tremble and the earth to quake. The name of Jesus moves God to run to our aid and help us in our everyday life. I'm glad I know him, and he knows me.
