II Cor. 13:5
Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
Tests and examinations are a very important part of schooling.
In our verse today we are told to take a spiritual test, to do some spiritual examining. This examining is not to come from others but it says (examine yourselves). It’s not from a legalistic view or a liberal view but from a Biblical view.
