Gods Grace

1 Peter 5:10

But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

The God of all grace: What an amazing fact about God. God giving us what we don't deserve. How many times did Israel tell God that they would obey his commandments only to find out that when God had prospered them, they forgot all about him. It's amazing how many times a person will sin against God, and he is faithful to forgive them. Think about Peter denying Jesus and warming himself by the fire with the ones who were against his Savior. After Jesus arose and Peter had gone fishing and taken the other apostles with him, then Jesus had built another fire and had a little talk with Peter. Most of us would have given Peter a mouthful, but God is so gracious and full of love that he would use Peter to spread the gospel, and because of grace, Peter's life was never the same. When we fall and struggle with some sin, God through his grace will be compassionate on us. I'm thankful that God is the God of all grace.
