Our Days
Luke 17:26-29
And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. [27] They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. [28] Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; [29] But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
The Bible describes the conditions of the days of Noah and Lot. What about the condition of our days?
The condition of our days is dark days. Days in which sin is running rampant. We're aborting babies and we're not ashamed about it. We're accepting gay marriage as a normal practice. We have more people living together and not getting married. We're living in deceptive days. The people that are put into government office can't be trusted as they'll say one thing and do another. We're in dangerous days.
There's more crime and wickedness than ever before in my lifetime. You know it's dangerous times when you have to have a security with guns to protect you while you worship God.
It's a day when you need to decide to trust Jesus as your personal Savior because our days are almost over.
Last of all, these are demanding days. The condition of our days demands the return of our Lord Jesus. God has told us in his word what the condition the world would be in before his return. We're living in the days of the return of our Lord Jesus.
May God bless you,
