When Jesus Passes By

John 9:1

And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.

When Jesus passes by, there will be a change in your life. In the story of the blind man, there was a major change in his life. A man that couldn’t do anything for himself, one who was depending on others to lead him everywhere he went. He would receive his sight. That's what happens when a person gets saved. There will be commands given. Jesus said to go and wash. That's what the Bible will do; it will wash you. The method that Jesus used was a little strange. He made spittle and anointed his eyes and said, “Go wash.” The lost world can't accept the fact that the blood of Jesus is enough to cleanse you from all sins. God has a wonderful gift called life, and he will not allow man to do anything to work for this gift. There was always a confrontation with the Pharisees. They always required more than God demands. Jesus is always doing something.
