More Bearers of the Burden Wanted

Exodus 18:22 – “And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee.”

Intro.

1. Are you under the Burden – or part of the Burden

2. Are you a Missionary or a Mission field

3. Are you part of the problem- or part of the Answer

Bearer of the Burden

We must recognize that there is a limit in the work

Exodus 18:18. (Must be sensed)

1. Limit to what one mam can do

2. Limit to what time one man has

3. Limit to what strength one man has We must accept that there are loads in the Work

Exodus 18:21 (Must be shared)

1. The size of the task – I Corinthians 3:9

2. The sharing of the task – Exodus 17:8-13

3. The strength of the task – together means more strength

We must admit that there are lives in the work

Exodus 18:22-23 (Must be saved)

1. There are tragedies that could be avoided

2. There are goals that could be achieved

3. There are those who could reach the finish line
