Nov 28 Devotion: While We Wait For His Return

While we wait for his return

Titus 2:11-13, I Thess. 4:13-18

These verses talk about the coming of our Lord. No man knows the day or hour he will come. While we wait for his coming they are some things we should stay faithful in. 

1. Stay confident in our salvation.  Luke 18:9-14 Matt. 7:24-29
   

2. Stay committed to growth of self Study – ii tim. 2:15 Continue – ii tim. 3:14-17 Keeping – Jude 1:20-22 Grow – ii peter 3:18
   

3. Stay connected to the sanctuary Heb. 10:25 I cor. 16:12
   

4. Stay calm in our Spirits Philp. 4:5-9
   

5. Stay conformed in our service Rom. 12:1-2 Philp. 3:12-14 Heb. 12:1-2 Eph. 6:10-18 I cor. 9:24-27 I Cor. 4:1-2 
   

6. Stay clear toward the second coming John 14:1-6

May we maintain these things while we wait for his coming.
