Nov 30 Devotion: Reasons to Live for Christ

II Corinthians 5:1-21

     Many today ask the question, “Why should we live for Christ?” Why should I be faithful and commit my life fully to Christ? Why can’t I live my life the way I want and enjoy the world and church world both? Paul said in Philippians 1:21-For me to live is Christ and to die is gain. Titus 2:12 states that we are to live Godly in the present world.

Today – Reasons to Live for Christ – II Corinthians 5:1-21

1. That we may please Him- verse 9- Accepted means well pleasing.

2. The Lord will reward us – verse 10

3. Knowing the terror of the Lord – verse 11

4. The love of Christ – verse 14a

5. The lost that need to be saved – verse 14b

6. Who we are – verse 20 – Ambassadors

7. What He did for us – verse 21
