Five Powerful Words
Isaiah 6:8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
Love you. Thinking about you. Praying for you. These are all just simple little phrases that can have a huge impact on a person. Phrases that have probably had an impact on your life at one time or another. Think about the 5 words Isaiah uses here in our text verse today. “Here am I; send me.” How wonderful would those words be to Gods ears if we were willing to say them? We have a tendency to get to caught up in the send part. What if God asks me to go to some third world country? But what if He just asks you to go across the street? Matthew 9:37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;
There is plenty we could do, but are we willing? Think of the thousands of jobs that are coming to the area. Have you sought God in how you could be of help t see them get the Gospel? Maybe its even a co-worker that you don’t ever talk to. A neighbor that you’ve never introduced yourself to. Are you just willing to say: God, “Here am I; Send me.”?
God bless you today! Bro. Josh Richardson
