Intro - It’s my desire to always please God

I. It pleases God to do His will

  A. Jesus did God’s will - Matthew 26:39

  B. Romans 12:1-2 - Speaks of His will

  C. We must pray according to His will - I John 5:14

II. It pleases God for us to win sinners -

  A. Jesus - ate with sinners, went home with sinners

  B. Jesus - saved sinners 

  C. Jesus - went after sinners 

       Mark 5: demonic man

       John 4: Samaritan woman

D. Jesus commands us to go - Mark 16:15

III. It pleases God for us to look for Jesus

     A. Hebrews 9:28 - Unto them that look for Him

     B. I Thessalonians 4:16-17 

     C. John 14:3 - I will come again. 

     D. Titus 2:11-13 - Looking for Him
